Dr. Vipat Kuruchittham is Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst (M&E), the Multi-Country South Asia Global Fund HIV Program, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Bangkok Regional Hub, Thailand. He builds capacities of seven South Asian countries on the issues of M&E. More specifically, he supports all the 11 sub-recipients in setting up reliable and efficient data collection and reporting systems as well as assure quality in achievement of the program targets.
