Vipin kumar Goyal born on 3rd april, 1964 in the family of late Naraian Das Goyal and smt. Hukam Devi in Amroha(UP). His father was a teacher by profession and mother is a housewife. Vipin kumar Goyal completed his childhood primary education in Amroha with brilliancy under the guidance of his father. He finished his education with graduation in Commerce from Moradabad(UP) and then joined Chartered Accountants course.
