The position is responsible for providing strong Supply Chain leadership to a team comprising of Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Distribution Managers. I am responsible for developing and implementing strategic & tactical initiatives for the company, effective cost management and safety performance. My role is to ensure continuous improvement through pro-active leadership and development of direct reports, while being responsible for running a cost effective operation while staying within budgetary guidelines
