I had gained experience in handling animal models (Mouse / Rat) during my project work while pursuing my Post graduation at PSG college of Arts and Science. I can collect blood (Retro orbital bleeding and Cardiac puncture) from rats, I also have expertise to inject drugs to the animals via two routes (i.e) intra-peritoneal and intra-venous routes. I have acquired practical knowledge in molecular biology techniques like SDS-PAGE, ELISA and Western blot; immunology techniques like ELISA, WIDAL and blood grouping; biochemical techniques like biochemical estimation, TLC and tissue homogenization.
