Having taught English and Business Communication for more than seven years I'm aware of the importance of motivation and clear goal setting while learning/teaching a language. I believe a good teacher must be a good coach as well. The one who guides, motivates and pushes you hard so that you get closer to your personal or/and professional goals. I like using a variety of methods and techniques and I always apply an individual approach, i.e. only after an in-depth needs analysis and a detailed interview with a student or a group of students I decide upon the methodology, teaching materials and special focus areas.
