I as a teacher believe that effective teaching involves progressively refining our courses based on reflection and feedback. Teaching requires adapting. We need to continually reflect on our teaching and be ready to make changes when appropriate.
For Students a role model can be anybody: a parent, a sibling, a friend but some of our most influential and life-changing role models are teachers.
