Vivien is a strategic designer, regenerative practitioner & educator who seeks to create deep transformative change to move to new ways of living and being in the world. She believes that to create regenerative futures, that inner work is needed to embody long lasting change for generations to come. She draws upon many years of design practice in visual communication design, participatory design, leadership development, cultural intelligence, as well as regenerative and living systems thinking for transformative change. Over the past decade, she has grown design and leadership capability in many design students at the University of New South Wales through lecturing, teaching and researching.
