I am Natural Resource Expert-cum-Climate-Smart Agriculture Specialist of the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) and Professor of Agronomy in the World Bank-Assisted Project IAMWARM (Irrigated Agricultural Modernization and Water Bodies Restoration and Management Project) for the last 10 years.
