Dont underestimate the importance of keeping things simple  especially when it comes to the important stuff
Weve always relied on existing networks to find a mate, long before the internet came along
All pervasive technology has changed how we now find a wife / husband / son-in-law / daughter-in-law
Even today families, friends and co-workers present a large and trusted pool of potential mates
Thanks to the internet, our social networks expand  organically and with minimal effort
We continue to rely on our social networks to help us make the right choices
Back to basics.  Understand behaviors and preferences of Gen Y Respect freedom of choice and expression Build features that enhance  trust To innovate, take risks, learn from mistakes, and iterate Acknowledge emotional investment being made Make the overall experience enjoyable and fun
