Since 1985 I am a dietitian, in 2004 I passed a Master's degree in social sciences ( dir. J. P. Poulain) applied to food studies. At last I have got a PhD Degree in Anthropology of sustainable environnement (dir. A. Hubert) Presently I am a coordinator and Head of project in a Public Health mission.
