My original studies were in the Business Finance Field. I was an Officer in the United States Army until 1989. My Officer Branch of service was Armor. I spent a number of years in Advertising Sales before becoming a Mortgage Loan Originator and eventually ran my own Mortgage Office until 2001, During this time I had become very aware of mortgage loan fraud occuring throughout the industry and closed my business in expectation of the collapse which has occured in recent years.
