I entered IT Services as Technical Support for Linksys, and then employed by Procter & Gamble (P&G) as Support Analyst, and finally absorbed into Hewlett-Packard with the same role and system. It is there that I developed my proficiency, and eventually tasked to manage P&G鈥檚 highest availability system with strictest SLA and multi-million dollar penalties.
