Ebenezer Kye-Mensah is an Organizational Development (OD) Practitioner and a Certified Trainer. Eben currently works as Institutional and Technical Strengthening Advisor at JSI Training and Research Institute Inc./USAID-Strengthening The Care Continuum Project. Previously, he managed the Capacity Building Component of Global Communities USAID, Bill and Melinda Gates funded projects in Ghana. With over 10 years experience in capacity building, Eben has designed and implemented capacity building programmes for UNDP, World Bank and International Labour Organisation(ILO) projects in Ghana.
