A graduate in Information Technology, Virginia began her career as a Consultant in Etnoteam (today NTT Data Italy) in 1991. She dealt with BPR projects in the field of software testing and development. As well as this, she worked on IT organisational analyses, mainly for the banking and insurance sectors.
The years between 1994 and 1998 saw Virginia assisting the General Manager of Etnoteam in change management processes which led the company to become the undisputed leader in Systems Integration in the Italian market.
