I got my early education at 'Taat Wala' or often tatless schools ( Schools where you are supposed to sit on the ground or on pieces of rags. Most of the schools in Pakistan are without basic necessities.). Obtaining the degree of Journalism and Mass Communication from Gomal University Dera Ismail Khan, my native land, I joined ROhi TV, a seraiki language regional news and entertainment channel as a News Producer. I also worked for NNI, a news agency, and The Express Tribune Islamabad. Presently, I am associated with the Kohat University of Science and Technology as a Lecturer at the department of Journalism and Mass Communication.
