I gathered extensive knowledge of HR systems, processes, analytics and strategy in various analytical HR roles at Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Sydney and London, as well as during a temporary assignment as HRIS Manager at Morgan Stanley in London. The initiatives I worked on covered many stages of the employee life cycle, incl. recruitment, onboarding, benefits, learning, talent & performance management, position management, and exits.
