I've learned Economic and Social Planning at CTPEA, Haiti. I worked as Trainee at "Ministère de la Planification et de la Coopération Externe" and "Bureau de Monétisation des Actions d'Aide au Développement" (BMPAD). After that, I was recruited as the Head of the Archives Service at HUEH with the mission to Plan the projet to restructure the Archives Service and to solve the problem with data collection there. I also give Seminaries and Trainings on the "Records Management field".
