Ten years of silicon-germanium (SiGe) BiCMOS experience with IBM and Jazz technologies. Designs and layouts of LNAs, PAs, VGAs, bandgaps/LDOs, mixers, power detectors, attenuators, vector modulators, opamps, and microwave structures. EDA software experience includes Cadence Virtuoso, ADS/Momentum, Sonnet, & GoldenGate in Linux and Windows environments. Basic knowledge of PDK installations and Cadence administration. Understand the applications of integrated circuits within various technology markets and ecosystems. Experience in searching and examining published patents. Strong in written communication and presentations.
