• Monitoring and maintaining the radio KPI. • Planning new Coverage/Capacity/Quality Sites based on Asset Prediction /Drive Tests/Customer Complaints. • Conducting Weekly/ Monthly meetings for resolution of worst cells in assigned Cluster/BSC with internal team and Vendor team. • Expansion Plan for highly utilized cells in synchronization with Roll out project for maintaining Network Quality. • Handling customers, corporate customers complaints and carry out on spot optimization if required. • Coordination with vendor teams for 3G optimization (SSV, Cluster DT and optimization).
