Prevention is better than cure. Prevention requires awareness, willingness to choose the right alternatives and continued revaluation of our choices! Alternative choices must be easy to understand and fun to follow! Strong will power must not be a prerequisite for bringing about the changes!
Leadership is about harnessing the potential of people. Leader must realize that eu-stress becomes distress when one crosses the optimal point! Targets and goals are not everything! They can be easily crossed if we learn to enjoy the process!
