Wayne Huang is Director of Predictive Analytics at Prudential Financial. He heads a data science team, working with business executives to create and implement analytic solutions that maximize business value and enhance customer experience. He has extensive experience in leading large analytics and technology projects, solving complex business problems.
He is also an Adjunct Professor at Stevens Institute of Technology Graduate School of Business. He holds a PhD from Stevens Institute of Technology, an MBA from the State University of New York at Albany, and BS from National Central University.
