Born and raised in Tampa, Florida. Played in local bands when in high school and college. Founding member of the Tropics (trumpet player). Played guitar in the Sandell's, the Decades and the Black Friars. Lived briefly in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Spent 15 years (1985-2000) in the NYC area (upper west side of Manhattan, Fanwood, NJ and Mendham Township, NJ). Returned 'cause the sound of the waves crashing on the beach called me home.
