In my 20+ years of professional background, I have working on IT & Business operations, focusing on Pre-Sales/Sales in the last 10 years. In addition, I have managed delivery teams at the companies where I have worked. I was a Project Manager at one of the biggest Microsoft CRM implementation in Brazil between 2006~2008.
