After I successfully established the Investigational Drug Service and centralized/unified the management of non-formulary drugs, I was asked to lead the Pharmacy Informatics and Automation Section. With my team, we successfully accomplished:
- CPOE go-live planning, downtime procedure, go-living, roll-out, and post-realization study
- Pillpick and Box Picker go-living and roll-out
- CDS requirement analysis/RFP
- Ambulatory robotics requirement analysis/RFP
- Rx-Norm-Formulary ampping
