Ryan is a Senior Manager within the Talent and Organization practice at Accenture. He has a specialization in operating model and organization design, including organization transformation, process design, talent strategy, change management, and non-profit strategy and governance. He is also the Organization Design Community of Practice Lead for Accenture Canada.
Ryan began his career with IBCG evaluating opportunities for SMB clients through strategic market assessments and feasibility studies, and holds an Honours BA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
He is also a volunteer board director (President) at Mixed Company Theatre.
