Personality:
"Personality" is a dynamic and organized set of
characteristics possessed by a person that
uniquely influences his or her cognition, emotion,
motivation and behaviors in various situations.
Personality Traits:
The term Personality Traits refers to enduring
personal characteristics that are revealed in a
particular pattern of behaviour in a variety of
situations
The Big Five factors are:
Openness
Conscientiousness
Extraversion
Agreeableness
neuroticism
Five Factor Model (FFM)
These four opposite pairs of preferences define eight
different ways of dealing with information, which in turn
result in sixteen Psychological Types
Extroverts vs. Introverts
Thinking vs. Feeling
Sensing vs. Intuitive
Judging vs. Perceiving
Colours:
Color or colour is the visual perceptual
property corresponding in humans to the
categories called red, blue, yellow, green and
others.
The Colourand the Personality:
The colour is the important aspect of our efforts to create
our personal environment we like. There is a link between
colour preference and persons personality.
To examine the possibility of selecting the
personality types within the content of the colour
preference
To investigate correlation between warm colours &
extroversion and cool colours & introversion
To investigate whether colour preference differs for
different gender
Sample:
Total 100 subjects
50 males & 50 females
average age approximately 20 years,
Students of University of Agriculture, FSD, Pakistan
Procedure:
Specific questions were designed to investigate personality
traits. Colour Preference Questionnaire was designed for
investigation in particular, with the Luscher Colour test as
model.

Extrovert male gender prefers cool colours like Blue,
Brown, Green and Grey, while introvert male prefer warm
colours like Red and Black.
Females of both traits extrovert and introvert preferred cool
colours like pink and blue, while the colour choice was
different. Extrovert females preferred pink colour, but none
of the introvert female liked pink colour, they preferred blue
colour. But surprisingly black colour was liked by females of
both traits.
Some colours like Yellow, Orange, Violet and pink are least
preferred by males & females of both traits (extrovert and
Introvert).

OT is the use of treatments to
develop, recover, or maintain the
daily living and work skills of
people with a physical, mental or
developmental condition.
Speech therapy helps control muscles of mouth & jaw, and helps
improve communication.
Learning center was almost similar
to class room setting, main purpose
is to improve childs attention span,
compliance & to help those master
basic developmental skills

Primary objective is to provide effective teachers to the schools of Pakistan
The idea of the SOS
Children's Village is an
important milestone in the
development of a modern
approach to the welfare of
orphans.
It is providing the art psycho-social rehabilitation facilities to
Psychiatric patients not only from Pakistan but also from
Pakistani families living abroad.
