- DNA sequencing methodology (in-house or outsource thru foreign companies)
- Bioinformatic analysis, installation and use of UNIX-based applications,
- Python scripting ing for data analysis automation
- preparation of visual presentations and technical reports
- Bookkeeping and monitoring of financial resources of the project
- Coordination with supervisory consultants, specializing in genomics research
- Preparation of presentations to scientific conferences
