My responsibilities include... Developing lesson plans and training plans; generating training materials and documentation (with a primary emphasis on armed officers training) Facilitate DNA/Urine Specimen Collection, Case Management Strategies, Computer Skills (Microsoft Word & Excel), Assessment Training, Control Tactics, Self-Defense, etc. Research and coordinate the department’s blended learning and e-learning efforts. Conduct other research, complete administrative reports, and recommend updates to the department’s training curriculum and policies and procedures. Lead the Field Service Training Curriculum Committee and develop and maintain the Training Division’s website.
