WeP solutions Systems Ltd was started as a public limited company in March 1995 under the name of Datanet Corporation Ltd. It was later renamed as WeP solutions Systems Ltd. The company came out with a successful IPO in the year 2000. The shares of the company are listed with Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, Mumbai.
