The headquarters and main plant of the internationally active WESTAFLEX Group has been located in Gütersloh, Westphalia, since its foundation in 1933. The family-run company, headed by Dr. Peter Westerbarkey, employs more than 2,700 people worldwide and has a production area of around 50,000 square meters there. In addition, another 230 employees work on a production area of approx. 5,000 sqm at the Salzwedel manufacturing plant in the Dambeck district.
