I'm a Business Transformation Manager and an ITIL Expert looking to improve business service delivery.
My job is to reach across the organisation - implementing ITIL processes, policies, working with compliance, training etc - and helping the staff as well as the executive staff to understand the benefits of alignment between value through services and using their individual capabilites to do so.
