Growing the Endava business across North America and Canada.
This involves:
•Working with the Endava board members to outline the US strategic objectives and policies;
•Monitoring the US delivery unit’s progress towards achieving its objectives and policies;
•Appointing US staff to support US clients (building the US business);
•Chairing US board meetings;
•Accounting for the US company’s activities;
•Accounting for the performance of the US company, as outlined by the board’s overall strategy
