Willer Pos earned a PhD in Environmental Chemistry from Georgia Institute of Technology, in Atlanta-GA. He spent a couple of years at RSMAS-University of Miami as member of the environmental university research cruise ship. Back in Brazil, Dr. Pos held an academic position at UFMG-Department of Environmental and Water Resources.
Dr. Pos had also been ahead of several Environmental State Agencies.
In 2000, he was appointed State Environmental Superintendent, and few months later the Director President of the Water State Agency-Igam, in Minas Gerais state.
