Wiljeana Glover is an Assistant Professor of Technology, Operations, and Information Management at Babson College in Wellesley, MA. Prof. Glover specializes in lean for social innovation, lean health care, care coordination, and case complexity. She explores with organizations including Clalit Health Systems-Israel, The Greater Boston Food Bank, Boston Medical Center Diabetes Services, the New England Veterans Engineering Resource Center (NE-VERC), the Toyota Production System Support Center-TSSC), and previously with the U.S. Military Health System (in collaboration with the MIT Collaborative Initiatives). She received her postdoctoral studies from MIT and her Ph.D. from Virginia Tech.
