Socitm is professional body for people involved in the leadership and management of IT and digitally enabled services delivered for public benefit. I joined to help manage a partnership with the Department of Health to spread best practice of around implementation of the Care Bill. This involving planning and overseeing a comprehensive series of events and workshops across England that saw 300+ attendees.
I now work to support our supplier partnership programme, which aims to connect ICT suppliers with their target public sector audience in a far more collaborative environment than the traditional vendor/client relationship permits.
