William migrated to Australia from Hong Kong at 11. He graduated from the University of Queensland with honours in Bachelor of Engineering (majoring in Software Engineering) and Bachelor of Business Management (majoring in e-Business) in 2006.
After graduation, William moved back to Hong Kong and worked as a web application developer for Commercial Radio and a design company called CL2. He started his own freelance business in 2008 and have built various web applications and web sites for clients including RTHK and IKEA.
