A SMWIA member for the past 25 years, Will Scott started his sheet metal apprenticeship in 1990 at Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 85 in Atlanta Georgia. He transferred his membership to Local Union 108 in Los Angeles after relocating his family to Southern California in 1994, and graduated to Journeyman status in 1995. After spending several years of study in the technical field of HVAC/R, he earned certifications in the specialties of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) & Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) in 1997.
