Mr. Wilson is a Water Resources Expert, with over 20 years experience in Environment and Water sector. He has been involved in development work, gaining experience in project cycle management, feasibility studies, project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Specifically he worked as a Technical Advisor for the Wetlands Sector Strategic Plan Support Programme in Uganda. This Programme had emphasis on policy development, Strategic planning, institutional strengthening and capacity building in wetland and natural resource management. As a technical Advisor he was responsible for project management, human resource management, procurement and financial management.
