Paolo Pannarale was born in Bari, Italy, in 1983. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees cum laude in Informatics Engineering from the Polytechnic of Bari, in 2005 and 2008, and the Doctorate of philosophy degree in Information Engineering from the same university in 2013. From 2004 to 2005, he was visiting student at the Universidad Polit茅cnica de Madrid, Spain. He is CISCO CCNA1 Networking Basics certified instructor.
