She is a very diligent hardworking lady who pursued her Bachelors of Arts in economics in Uganda. Practiced her economics skills in Parliament of Uganda worked in PDCO(Planning Office) as an intern.,Later practiced her Banking and financial skills at Ugafin Microfinance in Uganda in 2014.
Winfred then discovered her interest in Public Relations and she is currently working with National Water and Sewerage Corporation(NWSC)in Uganda under Coordination Office.
She has been studying ONLINE with ALISON new world of learning where she managed to acquire two Diploma certificates;-Diploma in Business and Entrepreneurship and Diploma in Customer Services Feb.2015.
