I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to explore, learn and develop myself in the Human Resource field specialising in Learning and Development. The role allowed me to use my creativity, analytical and communication skills to help the organisation implement effective process changes and developmental programmes that benefitted my colleagues in the healthcare industry.
