10 years ago, I was the typical corporate climber. Having always been top of my class and after graduating with a double degree in law and accounting, I was called to the Bar and subsequently joined an established investment bank. Long hours, lack of sleep, poor nutrition and virtually no exercise was the common habit in this industry. I wanted to change this habit badly, not only for myself but for my fellow colleagues. After a few years of toiling, I decided to quit my job, earn myself a degree in nutrition and start my own wellness company. That was the beginning of my journey to help others achieve optimum wellness and it has fuelled my passion ever
