Willem Breytenbach is general manager of the Digital Division at Media24 Magazines. This new division, which encompasses the digital innovation, circulation, subscriber and advertising revenue streams within Media24 Magazines, strives to challenge the boundaries of business modelling for media across all platforms. Breytenbach has also held positions as general manager of Media24 Markets and Media24 Weekly Magazines, news editor at Die Burger newspaper and marketing manager of Die Burger. He had a three-year stint in New Delhi, India, heading up business development for Naspers in the region.
