I'm a redneck trapped in a professional's body. That's not a complaint, just an honest assessment. I work hard. I work honest. But I'd probably be content shoveling stalls, being a groundskeeper, or cutting trails if only it paid the bills.
I appreciate a good suit and a nice pair of shoes. If I'm going to wear a dress shirt it's going to be a nice one. And the tie . . . I'm picky about the tie. But all in all, a well worn pair of jeans, a soft but sturdy canvas shirt, and a properly oiled pair of boots is more my "style".
I prefer beer to scotch, steak to fish, and potatoes to rice. But a fine meal served up by a truly professional waiter is a pleasure to indulge.
