I am responsible for the tech team at Springest. We have an awesome team of ~10 developers and a cool stack of Ruby, Rails, Solr, RabbitMQ, Redis and Memcached. My job is to keep it scalable, fast, clean and all with a happy team. A challenging task at one of the coolest companies ever that makes me about the happiest person to go to work in the morning. :)
