I am the leader of the Technology Transactions practice at Arent Fox and a member of the Health Care IT practice. My practice focuses on IP and IT (including licensing), Health Care IT, cybersecurity, privacy and data protection, outsourcing, strategic IP counseling, patent litigation, copyright, privacy and Government IT. I handle the IP and IT aspects of corporate transactions, legal issues for the Internet of Things and data agreements, and assist companies on emerging legal issues and best of breed practices in digital business, and integrating cloud, mobile and Big Data into existing IT and business process.
