Career Purpose:
Wim鈥檚 life and career has been driven by and funneled towards transforming people and organizations as a force for 鈥楪ood鈥�. Since his childhood Wim has been intuitive convinced that there must be a more holistic/humanistic way to integrate individual, organizations and society purposes in order to add 鈥榬eal鈥� value to humanity. As such much of his career has been a journey towards contributing to this purpose with a focus on discovering, developing and implementing more empowering organizational models/practices/focus.
