Long-time Marketing Coordinator at NEISD, Dr. James Walker Todd, joined Wayland Baptist University as Director of Campus Operations in August, 2012. His areas of management and oversight are broad, including Recruitment, Institutional Advancement, Security, Building Services, Testing and all IT functions. Dr. Todd joined the staff of MacArthur High School when asked by the late Walter Howard, Principal to bring his entrepreneurial and business skills to enhance the efforts of MacArthur Career & Technology Education.
