XWiki SAS is a French company created in 2004 whose founding members initiated the XWiki Open Source community. It aims to provide a range of professional services for the next generation wiki, XWiki, that is more organized and easier to use than traditional wikis. The services are targeted primarily to organizations that seek to allow their users to work better together, and have their wiki reach a higher level of performance: XWiki SAS joined the Gartner's "Magic Quadrant for Social Software Solutions in the Workplace" in 2010 and received an award at the last Demo Cup (Open WorldForum). It is also one of the 10 successful French enterprises in open source (L'Informaticien, n° 68). XWiki
