I am passionate about civic tech, open data, and the power of new technologies to empower communities and civil society.
I currently work at Phandeeyar, an ICT Innovation Hub in Yangon, Myanmar, which is spearheading the use of technology to accelerate change and development in Myanmar.
I am a native of Myanmar but studied and worked in Singapore and the United States, before coming back to Yangon in 2014.
